Automates security playbooks , policies and guardrails in workflows, CI/CD and/or the IDE. </li><li>Secure development: Create and deliver automated assurance mechanisms against technical security guidance and configurations. Build and implement security audit points in digital services. Monitor secure coding and infrastructure patterns, automate policy enforcement and enable teams for secure provisioning.  </li><li>Decision support and behaviour change: Strategically design security decision-making experiences and measure their impact. Use statistical analysis and human-centered design principles to build and test different ways of presenting information. Leads projects that aim to "de-bias" critical security processes, such as strategic planning or forecasting, by embedding data-driven checks and balances. Acts as a subject matter expert, advising other teams on how to structure their data and analysis to support optimal communication and decision-making. </li><li>Mentor Junior Engineers: Actively mentor associate and mid-level security engineers.
