Ensuring an optimized presence in the local market is key to success. This role is for you if you’re looking for flexibility in your day-to-day, enjoy working outside, and want to be a part of the micromobility movement.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Safely operate an e-bike or e-scooter to support vehicle deployment and retrieval</li><li>As weather requires, partner with Operations Specialists to deploy or retrieve vehicles</li><li>Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols to ensure vehicle parking compliance and organization in accordance with city requests</li><li>Follow safety procedures to ensure user and personal safety in field, including break adherence and wearing Lime provided PPE (including weather appropriate clothing)</li><li>Use smartphone applications to ensure operational compliance of fleet</li><li>Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing quality checks</li><li>Identify and report vehicle issues to Operations team for needed repairs or retrievals</li><li>Interact with and educate the community of good riding practices and parking rules</li><li>Coordinate drop off and pick up times at designated areas with Operations Specialists</li><li>Additional job related tasks as assigned</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 65lbs on a frequent basis</li><li>Comfortable walking, standing, and safely riding a Lime bike/scooter for shift duration</li><li>Ability to work up to 8 hour shifts outdoors, including evenings and weekends</li><li>Knowledge of the local area geography and street layout</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to utilize cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks</li><li>A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks</li></ul>This is a contracted position that will be hired, managed, and compensated through a third-party employer.
