This is an exciting opportunity to shape how circular take-back programs run in one of our key growth markets. <h3>Your mission: </h3>As our Operations/Customer Support Manager you will ensure that our take-back programs and operational workflows run smoothly in the US market. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage customer communication, and serve as the local point of contact for partners, hospitals, and recyclers - while collaborating closely with our EMEA team.You will:<ul><li>Coordinate operations: Oversee the collection, transport, and processing of returned materials and devices.</li><li>Liaise with logistics partners: Manage relationships with transporters, recyclers, and storage facilities - ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and compliance with US waste regulations.</li><li>Serve as first-line support for customers: Handle inquiries, feedback, and troubleshooting; onboard new US sites and partners into our take-back program (occasionally including on-site visits of partners)</li><li>Bridge cultures: Provide local insight to the EMEA team, helping adapt workflows and communication for US partners.</li><li>Assist with reporting and documentation: Support system updates, data entry, and cross-regional reporting tasks for US and EMEA operations.</li><li>Collaborate across time zones: Join cross-regional calls (typically early US mornings / late CET afternoons) to align on operations and customer success.</li><li>Support SOPs and digital workflows: Help design and implement operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.</li></ul> <h3>What we value in you: </h3><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, customer support, or logistics - ideally in a sustainability or circular economy setting.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; you manage tasks independently and drive projects forward. Previous work experience in the logistics industry with operational work and coordination are a plus.</li><li>A customer-centric mindset and clear communication style.</li><li>High self-sufficiency - you can work remotely and manage your own priorities effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with medical waste regulations or device take-back programs (a plus).</li><li>Experience collaborating across regions and cultures (especially EMEA–US).</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul> <h3>Your setup</h3><ul><li>Location: Flexible Location - West coast (Los Angeles/CA) preferred.
