AECOM is looking for a Billing Specialist to assist the Finance Services team of the DCS and Consulting Services Group. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of office and remote schedule and will be based in Markham, ON.Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Prepares, reviews, and issues accurate customer invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual terms</li><li>Verify billing data, contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Monitor billing schedules and ensure invoices are submitted on time</li><li>Track, resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, or errors in coordination with project managers, finance and clients</li><li>Maintain organized billing files, records, and client account information</li><li>Process adjustments, credits, and rebills as required</li><li>Generate billing reports and provide analysis to management as requested</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end activities related to billing</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and industry regulations</li></ul>
