AECOM is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Markham Buildings + Places team.Mandatory Security Clearance RequirementsApplicants must hold OR be eligible to obtain:• Reliability Status clearance (minimum)• Secret clearance (required for most projects)Eligibility Requirements:• Must have lived in Canada for the past 5 years (Reliability) or 10 years (Secret)• Clearances are granted by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)Major Responsibilities• Provide project coordination/control and review designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements• Support project managers with routine and non-routine tasks• Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings• Monitor project costs and budgets• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports• Prepare and/or review documents (drawings, reports, contractor shop drawings, etc.)• Act as liaison between third parties and client• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress of work• Review and compile client submittals• Collect and analyze data under the supervision of an experienced project manager• Perform work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision
