Collaboration will be required across different regions and functions to deliver satisfactory change outcomes.</li><li>Ensure that all HSEQ policies are applied and compliance with all Engineering policies, standards and procedures.</li><li>Support Standardised design solutions to drive efficiency and design consistency across the SPT business.</li><li>Leading a group of professional engineers to deliver Cable projects.</li><li>Ensure adequate training, coaching and mentoring is in place to further advance the knowledge, skills and experience of the team.</li><li>Deliver performance management for a team of professional engineers.</li><li>Lead the technical resolution of site/construction Cable related issues.</li><li>Provide support for the technical resolution of site / construction Cable issues, analyse common faults and prevent re-occurrence.</li><li>Ensure specifications, Cable designs, equipment and construction practices are in accordance with current legislation, policies and operational requirements.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline or 10 years equivalent experience</li><li>Chartered Engineer Status (or working towards).</li><li>Building and applying knowledge skills.
