For structured training in organizational processes and technical content, as well as to work on a strategically relevant project, the new employee will be based at Freudenberg Technology Innovation (FTI), the Group's central research and development unit. Working at FTI also offers the opportunity to build up a group-wide network and develop both professionally and interdisciplinarily.
