This is a critical infrastructure project with significant public impact.<br>Work on a high-profile infrastructure project as part of a global team, using continuous improvement methodology and innovative technology which enable us to leave a genuine legacy.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position </b></p><p></p><p>The Office Coordinator is a diverse role, it requires someone with advanced administration skills and the ability to support our Alliance General Manager with more complex administrative duties including the site coordination of our project office.  It is a busy role that interacts with both internal and external stakeholders, based 5 days a week in the office and requires a high level of communication and excellent MS skills  The role will suit someone with an outgoing, energetic personality that thrives in an agile environment where they need to think on their feet. </p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Support the GM with minutes of the management meetings</li><li>General administration for office and senior management team </li><li>Support program level site meetings, coordinating attendance, preparing agendas &amp; recording of and distribution of minutes of meetings</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and contractors as required.</li><li>Manage office stationery and supplies, ordering fruit and milk orders</li><li>Assist with maintenance of office environment with general housekeeping and liaising with external</li><li>office cleaning contractor</li><li>General daily maintenance of coffee machine &amp; kitchens</li><li>Coordination of catering for weekly morning tea, meetings, events, and toolboxes</li><li>Receive and arrange couriers as required </li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Required Skills and Competencies</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li>Certificate IV in Business Administration desirable but NOT essential</li><li>Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior manager</li><li>Experience within the Civil/Rail Infrastructure space highly desirable but NOT essential </li><li>High standard of written and verbal communications.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Intermediate MS office including Word, Excel and PP</li><li>Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle. </li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><p>ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 &amp; 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
