goals. </li><li>Develop a cohesive communication style in partnership with the CEO and executive team, delivering board-level presentations and updates for internal and external audiences. </li><li>Work with the individual executive team members to effectively communicate their contribution to the company’s mission and vision along with the challenges/solutions they face in carrying out their responsibilities. </li><li>Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding internal dynamics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of strategic projects across development, finance, and operations </li><li>Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and data visibility. </li><li>Identify root causes of internal challenges and develop solutions to address them effectively. </li><li>Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising efforts, investor relations, and strategic planning. </li></ul><h3>What You Bring to the Team: </h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in a business discipline; or 5+ years of relevant experience in Management Consulting. </li><li>Renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure industry experience is not required but preferred </li><li>Ability to provide consistent, focused direction to the executive management of each functional area.  </li><li>Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making, including financial modeling and strategic analysis. </li><li>Exceptional skill in crafting executive-ready presentations and clear narratives that connect strategy to execution </li><li>Experience working on multiple high-value projects while prioritizing effectively, managing competing expectations, and meeting deadlines </li><li>Experience with enterprise technology platforms, data governance frameworks, and business intelligence tools
