You will establish a robust developer experience that allows BETA to scale and will serve as a force multiplier in many different areas of the business. A good candidate will be willing to jump into an unfamiliar environment, and work to apply the same basic principles to streamline the software development process, promote packaging, CI, repeatable builds, and code quality best practices across a variety of environments.
