Under the direction of the Education and Enablement team and in close coordination with the Space Systems team, this role is responsible for designing and developing standardized training programs that equip customers to utilize the enhanced satellite services provided through constellation services contracts including satellite operations, ground operations, and collection planning.A core element of the training programs, and indeed a critical responsibility of the Specialist, is to ensure that operational and maintenance knowledge is transferred to customers so they are adept at performing operations and optimizing for their unique needs to deliver the desired mission impact.
