Commissioning <ul><li>Manage site acceptance testing (SAT), energisation, and grid synchronisation activities, coordinating with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure safe and compliant execution. </li><li>Ensure all as-built documentation, test records, and commissioning reports are completed and approved before handing over to the customer.  </li></ul>HSE &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project phases in compliance with company and statutory requirements. </li><li>Conduct and review risk assessments and drive a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement. </li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Partner Management <ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Conduct regular progress reviews, design meetings, and status reporting to all stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain strong communication channels between internal teams and external partners. </li></ul>Documentation &amp;
