If you're passionate about using your skills to solve complex challenges and create a better future, this is the perfect role for you.Our Ideal Candidate Must-haves:<ul><li>2–3 years of experience supporting founders or senior executives in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics with high attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise confidently across teams.</li><li>Experience coordinating HR, legal, and finance administrative tasks.</li><li>Highly proactive, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>Nice-to-haves:<ul><li>Familiarity with HR or finance software such as Xero, CharlieHR, or PayCircle.</li><li>Experience managing internal culture initiatives (e.g., team lunches, offsites, onboarding).</li><li>Exposure to legal admin processes (e.g., NDAs).</li><li>Experience managing shared inboxes or social media accounts (Instagram, business development).</li><li>Event or project coordination experience.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities Executive Support<ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel coordination for both founders.</li><li>Support with personal logistics that overlap professional life (e.g., visas, medical appointments).</li><li>Anticipate founders’ needs and proactively manage competing priorities.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Own HR admin processes including onboarding, milestones, and internal events.</li><li>Manage day-to-day office logistics, ensuring the team has what they need to operate smoothly.</li><li>Support legal admin tasks including NDAs and document filing.</li></ul>Finance &amp; Business Development <ul><li>Manage multiple inboxes (i.e finance, business development, general inquiries). </li><li>Monitor the business development inbox and Instagram DMs, responding professionally and flagging priorities.</li><li>Coordinate with external finance and business development teams when required.</li></ul>Culture &amp; Communication<ul><li>Plan and execute team lunches, celebrations, and social events to maintain company culture.</li><li>Friendly, trusted point of contact for the broader team. </li></ul>Our Benefits🌴 21 days holiday + birthday off + 27-31st December, in addition to all statutory and public holidays📚 Opportunities for growth and development as we expand and scale our impact🥼 Access to a fully kitted out on-site lab and pilot line workshop👍 Competitive salary and equity options🎉 Regular social events and fully stocked office kitchen🐚 Part of a tightly knit team aiming to make a meaningful social impactHiring Process📞 Initial Chat 💭 Technical task 🗝️ Onsite Our ValuesIt Can Be Done We believe anything is possible.
