We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of electrical works on a major PMC project governed under the FIDIC Yellow Book. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven site supervision experience, and a deep understanding of electrical systems within a design-and-build contract framework.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in line with design specifications and project requirements.</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the FIDIC Yellow Book contract conditions, applicable codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and construction management to ensure smooth execution of site activities.</li><li>Monitor and verify progress, quality, and safety compliance of electrical subcontractors.</li><li>Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT activities, and handover processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate daily site reports, weather conditions, progress tracking, and QA/QC documentation.</li><li>Support resolution of technical issues and interface management with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.).</li><li>Enforce HSE standards and ensure site teams follow all safety procedures.</li><li>Performing both routine and non-routine, complex assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.</li><li>Decision making with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.</li><li>Following specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines.</li></ul>
