AECOM Technical Services, Inc., is seeking a Civil Engineering II in Middleton, WI.Job responsibilities:<ul><li>Apply proven experience to the planning and design of water resources projects, including H&amp;H modeling and floodplain mapping, stormwater quality modeling, flood control projects, stormwater treatment, site development, and transportation-related drainage design.</li><li>Provide engineering review of stormwater and erosion control plans.</li><li>Develop scopes of work and budgets for water resources projects or for water resources components of larger projects.</li><li>Prepare permit applications and pursue approval.</li><li>Develop and formulate cost-effective, technical solutions to client problems on assigned projects.</li><li>Prepare construction plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, correspondence, and reports with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.</li><li>Communicate and work with other project team members to provide quality service to clients to ensure that all documentation conforms to client/company standards.</li><li>Provide guidance to entry level engineers.</li><li>Collaborate with other groups across AECOM offices.</li><li>Field work may be required on an occasional basis to support land surveyor and construction engineers.</li><li>Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, explain / defend work, etc.</li><li>Guide more junior team members with aspects of their job and may coordinate activities of a small team.</li><li>May telecommute.</li></ul>
