As a Sourcer, you’ll identify, engage, and prequalify top candidates to support our Recruiters in building exceptional talent pipelines. You’ll combine research, technology, and proactive outreach to connect high-quality professionals with meaningful opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in the first stage of the recruiting process, ensuring recruiters spend time with the most qualified and interested candidates. We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer that will quickly be promoted into a Recruiter Career Path program. We award our employees based on performance, not tenure or seniority, and our feedback-rich environment promotes constant personal and professional growth. You’ll be part of our competitive compensation program, and will receive a custom development program for you to reach new career achievements.  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Source top talent using job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks. </li></ul><ul><li>Craft and send targeted outreach messages to potential candidates (internal database and external market). </li></ul><ul><li>Screen and prequalify candidates for basic fit, availability, location, and compensation. </li></ul><ul><li>Import and organize candidate data into Bullhorn and ensure records are complete and tagged accurately. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize open roles and build proactive pipelines for recurring skill sets. </li></ul>Below are the skills you will develop in the role:  <ul><li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil &amp; Gas, Power Generation, Engineering, and Renewable industries.  </li></ul><ul><li>Learn how to identify top talent, the most important skill to be a successful recruiter. </li></ul><ul><li>Effective strategies to connect with top talent. </li></ul><ul><li>The skills necessary to succeed at the next level, Recruiter </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree  </li></ul><ul><li>Desire to have a career in sales or recruiting </li></ul><ul><li>High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers  </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities with an organization.  </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment  </li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:  In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the pay range for this role is $40,000 - $45,000/yr and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
