The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work schedule in the near future.Specific Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Acting as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Accounting and Office Staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.</li><li>Allocating business to Account Managers based on customer needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales agreements and quotes through OMS, ensuring the sales team has access to up-to-date documentation.</li><li>Ensure accurate and complete customer setup in OMS, including all relevant contract information, specific service requirements, and account details for efficient processing and management.</li><li>Drafting quotes as directed by account managers or the Regional Sales Manager for the Hazardous Waste Division.</li><li>Administration for account managers, including Reporting, Customer History, Pricing History etc.</li><li>Perform system updates, maintaining price list(s), Customer Specific requirements, pricing by account, and logging entries into the system as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, and Word).</li><li>Experience with Google Suite programs would be an asset.</li><li>Previous experience in coordination and/or contract management is an asset.</li><li>Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Enthusiastic self-starter with strong work ethic.</li><li>Sense of pride that promotes a positive sense of team.</li><li>Excellent organization, problem solving, time management, and attention to detail.</li><li>Computer literate with proficient use of customer database systems.</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
