Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive compensation package   </li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance  </li><li>No cost medical plan option available   </li><li>Paid training programs  </li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement   </li><li>Safety-focused culture   </li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Manage the team in prioritizing all labor scheduling activities in order to meet the needs of the customer and maintain a high-quality fleet. </li><li>Responsible for selection of the proper technical resources (internal and/or external) needed for executing an activity in compliance with Company and legal requirements.</li><li>Ability to use programs (Field Service Lightning and M3); and analyze reports to better utilize workforce group and share resources from the workforce to reduce subcontractor costs and improve efficiency.</li><li>Collaborates and builds strong relationships with operations team to build cross-team effectiveness and removes organizational barriers to strong teamwork, collaboration, in the delivery labor resource requirements.</li><li>Measures of success: customer satisfaction, technician productivity, /efficiency, job execution, labor overtime, commercial management, and fleet availability.</li><li>Responsible for managing workload and balance across the team as well as managing recruitment, onboarding, personal development, performance management, and team building.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the rental or utilities industry, managing the provision of technical labor to customers.</li><li>5-7 years of leadership experience preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in technical problem solving, working alongside the field &amp; shop schedulers to resolve issues as they arise throughout the day.</li><li>Successful track record and experience in leading operational functions driving consistent improvement in key operational metrics.</li><li>Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards, leading/managing an Operations Team.</li><li>PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP systems required.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
