This position will play a key role in standing up our Workday PRISM instance and integrating data across multiple People Experience systems. This role is critical in helping to enable our organization to drive strategic, data driven decisions about our workforce. In addition, this role will help maintain general inbound and outbound integrations within our Workday instance.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data integrations and reporting solutions, bringing together complex datasets to power and actionable insights across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and other key business areas.</span></div><br><br><h3>In This Role, You Will...</h3><ul><li>Serve as the technical lead for implementing and managing Workday PRISM, including data ingestion and modeling</li><li>Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio and other Workday integration tools (EIBs, RaaS, Standard Templates, etc)</li><li>Partner with Human Resources to identify reporting needs and build scalable dashboards and reports</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition reporting and analytic requests</li><li>Leverage ELT expertise to structure and transform data within PRISM for optimal reporting performance</li><li>Deliver insightful analytics that support business decisions across the employee lifecycle</li><li>Troubleshoot integration and functional configuration issues</li></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience working with Workday Integrations and Workday PRISM</li><li>Proficiency in building and deploying integrations using Workday Studio</li><li>Hands-on experience with data modeling and ELT processes within Workday PRISM</li><li>Workday Integration experience (RaaS, Studio, etc)</li><li>Experience with Workday Discovery Boards and Workday Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports</li><li>Experience driving insights related to People/Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition</li><li>Strong data and analytics background with the ability to translate business questions into actionable reports and dashboards</li><li>Experience working with cross functional stakeholders</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to create and maintain clear documentation</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Familiarity with various HCM and ATS systems</li><li>Experience in Project and/or Program Management</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
