The team’s mission is to support strategic decision-making of our different business units in Western Europe, including Carpooling, BlaBlaCar Buses, Commuting (BlaBlaCar Daily), and more recently Train! We do so by delivering reports, producing analyses, building dashboards and running financial models.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We also help steer the company’s strategy more broadly, in particular by supporting the Sustainability and Marketing department.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">Your role as an intern will be to deliver strategic analyses and reporting tools to help the teams improve both performance and user experience.</span></div><br><br><h3>Your responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Building a strong understanding of the key levers impacting our carpool &amp; train performance and recommend actions to improve our operations</li><li>Building positive and trustful relationship with business teams to identify their needs, challenges and opportunities</li><li>Improving our current reporting framework and deliver reports using Tableau software</li><li>Supporting the Western Europe team on ad-hoc analyses</li><li>Contributing to develop our ESG analytical tools to support the Sustainability manager</li></ul><h3>Your qualifications </h3><ul><li>You are currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2026</li><li>1 to 2 previous internship experiences in consulting, finance, business intelligence or other relevant analytical position</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, you love numbers and like to think “outside the box”</li><li>Excellent communication skills: ability/experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly</li><li>Solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. Google Slides)</li><li>Thorough attention to detailsFull working proficiency in English, knowledge of French is nice to have</li><li>Fit with our <a href="https://jobs.blablacar.com/working-at-blablacar">BlaBlaPrinciples</a></li><li>Nice to have: proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL (or eager to learn) </li><li>Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
