The Talent Operations team is a lean, 3 person team located in the United States. The Talent Operations team sits within the Talent Acquisition team, with team members distributed globally in Europe, the US, and Canada. This role combines traditional recruiting coordination responsibilities with additional duties focused on enhancing operational excellence, such as project/program management and process improvement. This role will appeal to candidates who enjoy fixing and prioritizing things and are interested in the operations &amp; program side of Talent Acquisition.
