Do you have experience as a Battery Pack Plant Manager building and leading a high-production facility from the ground up? In this role, you’ll be instrumental in standing up an innovative manufacturing operation—establishing critical supply chain partnerships, designing the production organization, and hiring and developing a high-performing team. Once operational, you’ll take charge of day-to-day activities across a fast-paced, high-output environment. You’ll also develop and drive operational strategies to support rapid volume growth and drive continuous improvement across the plant. Success in this role demands a hands-on leadership approach, a deep understanding of embedded partner manufacturing, and fluency in Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity for a highly impactful role where you can take initiative and solve complex problems in a high growth, collaborative atmosphere.
