You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, correctly, and efficiently, and that your teammates have the training, tools, and support they need to succeed.This is a player-coach role: you’ll be on site most days working on live projects, while also taking responsibility for  team performance, safety, and quality.No geothermal experience? No problem.
