The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong professional relationships across departments, is an agent of change, and prioritizes the safety of both our team and our customers.  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty within the warehouse satisfactorily. Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality &amp; safety performance metrics. Maintains or exceeds the requirements and standards of OSHA, AlB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA.</li><li>Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively across departments.</li><li>Uphold and enforce safety and quality protocols within the facility. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to maintain a secure working environment.</li><li>Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.</li><li>Lead and mentor front-line operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.</li><li>Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
