They also enable other teams to deliver their own features behind a user account (synchronize settings, store chat history, etc).The Lifecycle and Marketing team works on understanding the Ecosia user journey (acquisition, activation, etc). It connects users with content and products across different channels (in-product communication, emails, landing pages, etc).As their people manager, you will enable your engineers to grow professionally, deliver great impact, and be empowered to manage their own tasks effectively.
