Job DescriptionStrategic Execution &amp; Advisory<ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Director, helping shape and execute strategic priorities</li> <li>Translate high-level goals into actionable plans across departments</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination and HR <ul> <li>Facilitate communication between departments (central, local), ensuring smooth collaboration </li> <li>Serve as a liaison between the Country Director and internal/external stakeholders, in particular toward the India team to facilitate the HR management (people topics, recruitment &amp; onboarding, team dynamic, regular HR topics..)</li> <li>Break down silos and promote synergies within group</li></ul>Project &amp; Operations Oversight<ul> <li>Track performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements</li></ul>Communication &amp; Culture<ul> <li>Filter and prioritize information reaching the Country Director</li> <li>Represent the Country Director in meetings or events when needed</li> <li>Champion the organization’s culture and values</li></ul>Decision Support &amp; Crisis Management<ul> <li>Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making</li> <li>Anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans</li> <li>Help manage sensitive issues with discretion and tact</li></ul>Executive Support<ul> <li>Prepare briefing materials and follow up on action items from meetings</li></ul>Profile<ul><li>MBA or degree from a reputable Business School, with 5 to 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management roles — ideally in an international environment.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory; French is considered a plus.</li></ul>Starting Date: Asap </div>
