If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.Your key areas of responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Directing asset operations in Poland, including management of internal teams and service providers, and building a high-performing team</li><li>Contributing to regional Ignitis Renewables O&amp;M strategy and goal setting</li><li>Development and implementation the operation and maintenance strategy for renewable energy plants and assets in Poland</li><li>Utilizing internal and external competencies in Ignitis Renewables to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality performance of complex renewable energy projects in Poland</li><li>Accountability for achieving production and availability budget for renewable energy project in Poland Identifying and providing solutions to increase profitability</li><li>Maintaining schedules of all necessary maintenance works for wind technology projects in Poland</li><li>Overseeing smooth handover from construction to operations</li><li>Reporting on performance, challenges, opportunities and collaborating across departments.</li></ul>
