How you'll contribute As a Business Development &amp; Project Analyst, you’ll be part of the team turning breakthrough technology into real commercial impact. You’ll build business cases, connect with partners and customers, and help deliver our first large-scale clean-tech projects from concept to reality. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers direct exposure to the frontier of climate innovation. Specifically you will…<ul><li>Drive components of first-of-a-kind (FOAK) project initiatives from concept to execution.</li><li>Own timelines, workstreams, and deliverables across project development.</li><li>Prepare crisp presentations and internal briefings that inform commercial and strategic decisions.</li><li>Draft and refine commercial agreements (NDAs, MOUs, term sheets).</li><li>Shape business cases by integrating commercial, technical, and regulatory inputs.</li><li>Conduct market and policy analysis across priority sectors and geographies.</li><li>Map stakeholders, identify strategic partners, build lead lists, and track reference projects.</li></ul>Your first 12 months: learning fast, owning more This is a launchpad role for a high-performing graduate. We expect rapid learning, initiative, and increasing ownership. Months 0–1: Onboard &amp; accelerate<ul><li>Learn our technology, business model, and project development playbook.</li><li>Shadow key meetings with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; produce concise notes and action trackers.</li><li>Learn core working tools: slide templates, mini data room, contact/contract trackers.</li></ul>Months 1–3: Take ownership of workstreams<ul><li>Lead a defined research or project sub-workstream (e.g., market sizing, site/partner screening, LOI/term sheet drafting support).</li><li>Build and maintain stakeholder maps; run targeted outreach lists with clear next steps.</li><li>Create investment-grade slides and one-pagers for internal/external use.</li></ul>Months 3–6: Drive project development &amp; sales support<ul><li>Own a project work package end-to-end (timeline, risks, dependencies) and report progress.</li><li>Co-own a segment of the commercial pipeline.</li><li>Draft and iterate on commercial documents (NDA/MOU/term sheet) with legal/BD input.</li></ul>Months 6–12: Operate as a mini-project manager<ul><li>Serve as day-to-day coordinator for a large scale commercial project development.</li><li>Maintain structured overviews of key partners, references, and project economics; keep leadership unblocked.</li><li>Contribute to go-to-market and stakeholder engagement (materials, meetings, events), and iterate business cases with updated technical/commercial assumptions.</li></ul> About you <ul><li>Completed (or close to) Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, economics, political science, or a related field</li><li>Genuine interest in climate tech, startups, and the challenge of scaling breakthrough technologies</li><li>A curious, structured mindset with the ability to learn quickly and simplify complex topics</li><li>Initial experience in consulting, venture capital, startups, or academic research is a plus</li><li>Confidence using PowerPoint and/or Notion; basic modeling skills in Excel or Sheets are beneficial</li><li>Fluency in English required; German skills are an advantage but not essential</li></ul> What we offer At Greenlyte, you grow fast and work on something that matters. GCT operates a low energy DAC approach to capture CO2 while generating hydrogen as a byproduct. The process consists of 3 main process steps. Absorption in a liquid, precipitation and desorption through alkaline electrolysis. The technology is based on 15 years of research with relevant patent applications filed and working prototypes.
