Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, computer science or equivalent skills acquired in practice as well as several years of experience in similar work.</li><li>Proven experience in IT service desk coordination and user support. Strong knowledge of workplace systems, mobile devices, and client access management.</li><li>Familiarity with IT infrastructure backend services is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
