Coordinate and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.</li><li>Deliver training sessions and create user guides to ensure factory teams are well-prepared for Powershop go-live. Provide hands-on support during go-live, addressing any immediate issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for all factories regarding Powershop inquiries, support, and escalations after implementation. Track usage metrics, gather feedback from factory users, and ensure adoption and utilization targets are met.</li><li>Proactively identify issues, monitor incidents, and coordinate with AMS and IT teams for timely resolution. Identify enhancement opportunities, drive process improvements, and support the rollout of new features and upgrades.</li><li>Lead subsequent project phases, including expansion to additional customers &amp; Products and implementation of advanced functionalities. Provide refresher training and support to factory SPOCs and sales teams to ensure sustained adoption and effective use of Powershop.</li><li>Facilitate clear communication between factories, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of concerns. Strong understanding of sales processes.</li><li>Experience in coordinating software development projects using Agile methodology, especially Scrum.</li><li>Experience with B2B e-commerce deployment; experience with Conga platform, CPQ, and configurators is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated excellence in project management and implementation support.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.
