The Regional IT SDM is the key point of escalation and is accountable for local business relationship management for IT service performance; you are responsible for aggregating demand for new and improved IT services required by the business and ensuring overall business satisfaction with IT services.In addition, you will lead Regional IT professionals, while managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that service delivery processes and procedures are followed to meet the organization's objectives.How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Provide the interface to the business, consulting with the local BU leads, IT stakeholders &amp; application owners within the business on IT-related topics - This position is a stakeholder facing role &amp; requires management of expectations within the business </li><li>Lead a multi-country team of IT specialists, providing appropriate &amp; efficient IT solutions/services to a defined sites.</li><li>Manage hosted IT resources &amp; support global IT projects in respect of Hub implementation </li><li>Accountable for development &amp; management of an organizational entity for delivering IT services, solutions &amp; activities in the region.
