Shipment Coordination &amp; Logistics Planning<ul><li>Plan and arrange export/import shipments in coordination with freight forwarders and warehouse.</li><li>Schedule container bookings, truck arrangements, and monitor loading/unloading activities.</li><li>Ensure shipments follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and customer delivery timelines.</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.</li><li>Liaise with transporters for two-way deliveries between warehouse and factory.</li><li>Ensure proper packing, labelling, and storage procedures are followed.</li></ul>2. Warehouse &amp; Inventory Support<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability, space management, and loading plans.</li><li>Support monthly and annual stock take activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing stock and shipment details.</li><li>Prepare monthly stock and logistics performance reports.</li></ul>3. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly shipment and order status reports.</li><li>Track shipment progress, container returns, and POD (Proof of Delivery) submissions.</li><li>Maintain systematic filing of shipping and customer service documentation for audit purposes.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Ensure all logistics activities comply with company SOPs, safety, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Work closely with Finance for invoice validation and payment follow-up.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.</li></ul><div></div>Job Requirements:Education:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / or in any field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2–3 years experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or customer service.</li><li>Experience in export/import documentation, freight coordination, and warehouse communication preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Good knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documents.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (SAP )preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking ability.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.</li></ul><div></div>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Responsible and proactive with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Team player with positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>High integrity and commitment to quality and accuracy.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
