<p>ICON is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for Military Construction (MILCON) projects that combine ICON’s 3D printing technology with other innovative and conventional construction methods. This role is responsible for executing full-scale projects from horizontal land development through vertical construction and interior finish out, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and performance across all phases of work. The Superintendent serves as ICON’s on-site leader, directing field personnel, subcontractors, and trade partners, while maintaining strict adherence to DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, and commercial building standards.
