You’ll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. This is a pivotal role focused on building scalable marketing programs that directly support revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is based in Canada. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates who can work at the Toronto headquarters with a regular cadence. Travel is required for this role for event management duties.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Campaign Development Plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events to drive demand. </li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Nurturing Partner with Sales to define ideal customer profiles, develop strategies to attract and engage prospects, and implement lead scoring and nurture flows to drive conversions. </li><li>Marketing Automation Utilize Salesforce’s Marketing Automation platform to streamline lead management, email marketing, and reporting. Travel is required to work various events across North America throughout the year. </li><li>Content Strategy &amp; Collaboration Collaborate with the Manager of Marketing Communications to produce relevant content for every stage of the funnel — blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, infographics, and more.</li></ul>Requirements<ul> <li>3–5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing — ideally in B2B tech, cleantech, or sustainability sectors</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
