Your mission <ul><li>Become a proactive contributor to the development and execution of the consumer brand MushRoots (80%) and science brand Infinite Roots (20%)</li><li>Develop and execute visually compelling brand materials across digital and physical touchpoints, including social media, POS tools, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.</li><li>Translate brand strategy into creative and art direction that aligns with the company’s identity, tone, and market positioning.</li><li>Combine copy, imagery, and design elements to craft cohesive, engaging, and brand-consistent communications according to evolving brand guidelines.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, maintaining visual and verbal alignment with brand guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (brand, shopper marketing, digital, sales) to deliver creative assets that drive consumer engagement and brand equity.</li><li>Utilize graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) to develop and refine high-impact visuals.</li><li>Leverage AI-driven creative and post-production tools (e.g., image generation, retouching, layout automation) to enhance efficiency and innovation in content creation.</li><li>Support the ideation and execution of campaigns, ensuring that creative output meets strategic and commercial objectives.</li><li>Project manage the brand execution across the whole company and internal employer branding and excitement.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in brand design or creative marketing, ideally within consumer goods or lifestyle sectors.</li><li>Agency Background Welcome: Candidates with experience in advertising or creative agencies are highly encouraged to apply.
