Come build with us.  </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p><span>We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales and will be responsible for driving new business within the EV charging ecosystem, specifically the development of Electric Era’s enterprise segment. In this role, you will manage a high-value enterprise book of business, own the full sales cycle for net new logo acquisition, and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will be responsible for hitting quarterly revenue targets, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class solutions to our enterprise partners.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex B2B sales environments, particularly within technology, infrastructure, or clean energy sectors.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the sales development and execution of your revenue pipeline, including lead generation, deal structuring, negotiations, closing, and account management.</li><li>Consistently hit or exceed quarterly revenue targets. </li><li>Navigate complex buying cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and negotiate high-value contracts.</li><li>Lead coordination with project investment partners to evaluate opportunities, meet financial requirements, and drive business value for both site hosts, direct owners, and project investment partners.</li><li>Own and manage a comprehensive book of business consisting of high value enterprise accounts ranging $200M+ ARR, serving as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor.</li><li>Identify, source, and analyze new logo / green field business opportunities</li><li>Drive expansion through upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue within existing accounts.</li><li>Support the Head of Enterprise Sales in driving the company’s sales strategy.</li><li>Closely collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute on key business development and partnership opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Background and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding annual quotas; other functions could be Management Consulting, Investment Banking and/or Corporate Strategy roles in a B2B Technology firm</li><li>Deep understanding of value selling and ability to shape GTM messaging with evolving industry trends</li><li>Experience selling highly complex technical engineering driven solutions, infrastructure, or clean energy offerings.</li><li>Demonstrated success in both new logo acquisition and account expansion.</li><li>Skilled at navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Successful track record of effectively working cross functionally with product, marketing, engineering, software, customer success, and business development.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to build  and execute account growth plans. </li><li>Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.</li><li>Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.</li><li>Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, or other sustainability-focused sectors preferred.</li><li>Background in high-growth startups, with demonstrated adaptability and resilience.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in using data to help make decisions and influence stakeholders.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>          </div>        </div>      </div> <div>        Salary        <p>$275,000 - $300,000 per year</p>      </div> <div>        <div>            Apply for Senior Enterprise Account Executive        </div>      </div>
