<div><div>Job Description:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Flying activities for the pilot pulley activities SOP:<ul><li>Flying for execution activities for pilot pulling work.</li><li>Ensure effective communication within internal &amp; external stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure 100% work as per QHSE standards during charged &amp; uncharged conditions.</li><li>Carrying out operation of TX system and ground equipment as required. </li></ul></li><li> </li><li>Ensure 100% QHSE Standards:<ul><li>Ensure all Safety PPEs &amp; first aid kits at site during work execution.</li><li>All site related compliances need to be ensured &amp; documented during charged &amp; discharged working conditions.</li></ul></li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>DGCA RPAS Licence</li><li>Experience in Medium size RPAS flying.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multitasking ability.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to thrive in an Entrepreneurial environment &amp; adaptive by nature. </li><li>Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.</li><li>Skill Development for  new remote pilots.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end RPAS flight operations with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards</li></ul>Manage Drone based Pilot rope pulling as per the SOP:<ul><li>Conduct UAS flight operations as Remote Pilot.</li><li>Execute field operations with Infravision’s cutting-edge products</li><li>Maintain regulatory compliance for aviation operations</li><li>Conduct UAS and product repairs, maintenance, and upgrades</li><li>Collaborate and innovate with Infravision’s pilot and operator team</li><li>Ensure effective communication within internal &amp; external stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with the client to ensure targets are achieved as planned.</li><li>Ensure site compliances as per local utility &amp; client requirements.</li><li>Ensure ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruption</li><li>Ensure close coordination among Drone pilots, fitters &amp; technicians for work completion as per the guidelines.</li></ul>Customer service and support:<ul><li>Provide field support to Infravision’s customers</li><li>Support the development of Infravision products and services.</li></ul>Ensure 100% QHSE Standards:Always ensure work is carried out at the highest safety and quality standards.</div></div>
