We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Main purpose of positionCurrently we are looking for a Solar Plant Assistant in Northern Cape, South Africa to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future.  As our Solar Plant Assistant you will contribute to establishing, implementing, and maintaining the HSSE management system for the entire value chain. Support the organisation in ensuring compliance to the internal HSSE framework and local regulations and best practices. Build and drive a positive company HSSE culture with the goal of zero harm Main responsibilities <ul> <li>Initiate, organize, and conduct plant safety induction for employees, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures on HSSE.</li> <li>Inspect personnel, work sites, buildings, vehicles, tools and equipment, work procedures and office environment on a regular basis to identify issues or non-conformity and enforce actions where unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy are detected.
