This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling communications, and supporting administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.</li><li>Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.</li><li>Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and guests.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.</li><li>Support event planning and coordination.</li><li>Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.</li><li>Provide administrative support to management and other departments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.</li></ul>
