You’ll contribute across all three pillars, but particularly in your proofreading capacity, where you’ll be expected to manage your workflow, engage with relevant stakeholders and proofread a steady flow of reports in a timely manner, explaining your amends where relevant so the user learns for next time. You will also help manage the style guide, updating and amending as the need arises, communicate any new guidance or tips and maintain our editorial hub on Sharepoint.</p><p></p><p>You’ll <b>help to</b> <b>deliver editorial training</b> – short courses in writing, proofing and headlines, for instance – over Teams (and, occasionally, in person) as well as contribute ideas and suggestions for new training where you see a particular need.</p><p>You’ll also work closely with a handful of ESL analysts to coach them in regular 121s where needed.
