This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and brings deep commercial deal-making expertise together with hands-on solar project management experience. You’ll lead a small team, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure projects move seamlessly from RFP award to signed contract—unlocking scalable, financeable outcomes in the C&amp;I renewable energy space.</p><h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3><p>As the Manager, Customer Success, you will bridge the gap between RFP completion and signed contracts—removing bottlenecks, aligning expectations, and accelerating Station A’s revenue recognition. Specifically, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Own the full contract lifecycle—including drafting, redlining, stakeholder alignment, and execution—for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Community Solar Leases, Interconnection Agreements, and EPC/O&amp;M contracts.</li><li>Manage &amp; Develop the Project Delivery Team: Provide structure, leadership, and direction to the delivery team, ensuring clear accountability, aligned priorities, and professional growth.</li><li>Bridge Commercial &amp; Technical Gaps: Use your dual background in commercial deal structuring and solar project execution to anticipate and resolve issues before they delay contracting (e.g., site control, interconnection studies, environmental diligence).</li><li>Champion Customer Value: Leverage your understanding of project economics, tax equity, and real estate dynamics to deliver confidence to enterprise buyers and providers.</li><li>Build for Scale: Establish playbooks, templates, and processes that shorten deal timelines, improve customer satisfaction, and create the foundation for a scalable, repeatable function.</li><li>Explore New Revenue Streams: Support the piloting of a buyer-representation service that strengthens Station A’s enterprise value proposition.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who can own this function end-to-end, bringing both commercial acumen and project delivery leadership. Some requirements include:</p><ul><li>Commercial Experience: 6–10+ years in commercial negotiations, deal structuring, or project development in renewable energy, infrastructure, or real estate.</li><li>Solar Project Management: Proven track record managing C&amp;I or distributed generation solar projects—site control, interconnection, permitting, structural reviews, and vendor/utility coordination.</li><li>Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, building structure and accountability while enabling collaboration.</li><li>Success leading negotiations for PPAs, leases, and interconnection agreements for commercial-scale projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tax equity structures, third-party ownership models, and financial drivers (IRR, NPV, customer savings).</li><li>Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, finance, and engineering.</li><li>Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of thriving in an early-stage, high-growth environment.</li><li>Bonus: Background in clean energy finance or legal work related to energy or real estate.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We’re committed to supporting a healthy, sustainable life in and outside of work.
