This role plays a critical part in positioning Flower as a leader in its sector, strengthening credibility and recognition across both internal and external audiences.What You’ll Do: <ul><li>Develop and lead Flower’s marketing and communications strategy in close alignment with the company’s commercial and corporate objectives. </li><li>Oversee aspects of brand development, ensuring a strong, consistent, and leading identity across markets. </li><li>Support international expansion by designing and implementing localized marketing and communications strategies tailored to audiences. </li><li>Build integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, partnerships, and market entries </li><li>Coordinate corporate communications, including internal communication, media relations, public affairs, etc. </li><li>Lead Flower’s employer branding strategy, positioning the company as an attractive employer for top talent, in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders such as People &amp; Culture team. </li><li>Promote Flower’s mission, values, and culture through creative storytelling and campaigns. </li><li>Develop and lead the coordination of internal and external events and PR activities that enhance Flower’s industry presence. </li><li>Managing and optimizing Flower’s social media presence, including monitoring performance and providing insights to guide content and channel strategy. </li><li>Establish marketing processes, OKRs, and reporting routines to ensure efficiency and transparency. </li><li>Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and strategic partners. </li></ul>Who You Are: <ul><li>7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within a high-growth, international context. </li><li>Proven experience managing international expansion and executing go-to-market strategies in multiple regions. </li><li>Strong track record of collaborating with commercial and sales functions to achieve measurable business outcomes. </li><li>Demonstrated success in corporate communications, media relations, and reputation management. </li><li>Experience developing and executing employer branding and internal engagement strategies. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy and execution. </li><li>Strong communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in English and Swedish. </li><li>Leadership experience managing teams and external partners. </li></ul>📍 Location Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station.
