Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we’re focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.<h3></h3>This position works within our Process Operations Departments assisting with clerk duties, data entry, and other administrative duties.<h2>Main Accountabilities/Safety Accountabilities</h2>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Entering service and labor requisitions in SAP</li><li>Support maintenance clerk by extracting contractor labor hours and dollars from CATS and export  to Excel maintenance report</li><li>Complete Service Entry Sheets in SAP Workflow</li><li>Complete Goods Receipts in SAP Workflow</li><li>Assist with data entry for Area and Plant Reports</li><li>Extract data for Month End reporting</li><li>Assist Plant Safety Manager (SOP updates, safety supplies)</li><li>Fill in for Plant Clerical when needed</li><li>Assist with SAP Maintenance data base updates</li></ul>Protecting our people and the environment is foundational to our businessEach team member is expected to support the Primient culture where Environment, Health and Safety are the overriding values in all activities.
