POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Learning (Business Partner) will play a pivotal role in supporting sales organization as they navigate aligning business priorities with people priorities. This position involves collaborating with key senior leaders and being the strategic learning partner by advising on appropriate learning solutions that build the requisite knowledge and skills to support strategic business objectives.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Serve as a business partner to leadership, to understand sales organization priorities and learning needs and objectives. Ensure learning projects align with business needs by collaborating with leaders and the broader learning team to determine prioritization and direction of requested work.</li><li>Leverage learning expertise to help leaders identify the best learning solutions to meet their priority needs and deliver high-quality learning solutions for a variety of audiences.</li><li>Work with design &amp; development team to establish learning objectives, define project scope and deliver learning proposal to the business.
