Report and escalate if there is any abnormality and take appropriate corrective action as required.</li><li>To start-up and shutdown plant as and when required.</li><li>Act as safety work permit issuer for any work planned at sites.</li><li>To monitor all product purity at storage tanks and in process.</li><li>To analyze &amp; verify cooling water treatment and escalate to superior for further action if not meeting specifications.</li><li>Ensure all calibration gases are available and within expiry date.  </li><li>Perform monthly plant process analyzer calibration per PM schedule. </li><li>To assist in PM or any other maintenance jobs as and when required.</li><li>Assist in month end pipeline closing at customer stations.  </li><li>To comply with all work instruction and ISO9001 procedures  </li><li>Support site operations activities aligned to AP’s standard or relevant applicable standards (i.e., ISO audits, AP Corporate EHS audits, customer audits, etc).</li><li>Support site general activities, inclusive but not limited to site security activities and other compliances requirement (i.e., drills with the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, etc)</li><li>To ensure all safety requirements are adhered to at sites.</li><li>To ensure proper housekeeping in all plant areas. </li><li>Support other tasks, projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time</li></ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Diploma in Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2 year in plant operating or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Basic MS Windows and Office</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
