We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, configuration, testing and implementation of a greenfield enterprise wide SAP quality management system and integrated non-SAP solutions.</li><li>Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems</li><li>Plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing</li><li>Perform Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP and related systems</li><li>Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems</li><li>Coordinate definition &amp; execution of compliance requirements (ISO, ITGC, other)</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional audit activities (SOX, ISO, etc.)</li><li>Create documentation of internal procedures related to Applications User Training, IT Support, IT compliance</li><li>Participate in process definition to support changes in maturity as Archer grows</li><li>Manage quality management between SAP, PLM and MES systems</li><li>Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes </li><li>Develops conversion and system implementation plans</li><li>Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of new processes in the system</li><li>Create, update, and report appropriate metrics to the IT Leadership Team</li></ul>What you need:<ul><li>Extensive experience designing and configuring SAP QM solutions, ideally with S4HANA. QM Master data (QIR, Catalog, Inspection Method, Sampling Procedure, Inspection Plan &amp; Control keys etc.), QM notifications, Quality reporting, Cross module integration with MM, PP, Serial and Batch management.</li><li>External quality tools like Net-Inspect (for FAIR management) is a plus</li><li>Good understanding of Aerospace &amp; Defense standards is a plus</li><li>Should be part of 2+ SAP QM Implementations</li><li>Should have 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC/S4 systems with recent aerospace industry experience</li><li>Ability to be detailed in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualificationsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
