A STEM background is advantageous. We’re happy to work with people with experience in all, any or none of the tools and technologies in our <a href="https://stackshare.io/isometric/isometric">stack</a>.</p></li><li><p style="">A collaborative mindset, preferring open communication and teamwork to get stuff done. Our engineers are product-minded and come with diverse backgrounds—from writing the first line of code at day 0 start-ups, to building high scale systems at companies like Meta, Amazon or Shopify. </p></li><li><p style="">An eagerness and curiosity to learn new things and ask questions.
