Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take responsibility for the technical performance of Reverse Vending Systems (RVS) and their digital integrations.</li><li>Being ambassador between customer requests related to digital integration and API solutions. Programming skills are not required but welcome.</li><li>Manage the RVS install base, monitoring performance and reliability of the equipment along with their digital integrations.</li><li>Define standards and check-lists for machine commissioning.</li><li>Collaborate with a network of technical product experts, contributing knowledge and expertise to projects across the Business Unit.</li><li>Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to technicians and customers.</li><li>Participate in projects that enhance the Business Unit’s success.</li><li>Act as a professional representative of TOMRA to customers, embodying our values and commitment to quality.</li></ul>
