The position for the Office/Project Coordinator includes the below roles and responsibilities:Office/Project Coordinator <ul><li>Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels</li><li>Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).</li><li>May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.</li><li>May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees.</li><li>Serve as a secondary liaison between project clients and the URS team, supporting the GM and PMs.</li><li>Prepare client-related project requirements, including contractor ID applications and portal account management.</li><li>Manage document control processes: receive, organize, and archive drawings, reports, emails, and other project-related documents.</li><li>Coordinate project resources, including:</li><li>Digital archiving of daily project records.</li><li>Preparation of documentation.</li><li>Tracking of file formats and technical equipment (calibration, certification, usage).</li><li>Assist GM and PMs in developing proposals, reports, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.</li><li>Monitor project progress and team performance; provide updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Handle daily correspondence: distribute incoming letters, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain records of RFIs, transmittals, and client communications.</li><li>Supervise and train new administrative assistants and document controllers, especially in:</li><li>Aramco ID applications.</li><li>Staff training records.</li><li>Equipment tracking and calibration.</li><li>Documentation and archiving.</li><li>Updating office and business certificates</li></ul>
