Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Able to complete all the tasks of a Design Team Leader in the BU Mounts Product Engineering Organization ("working manager as needed")</li><li>Overall responsible for quality and in-time delivery of design tasks performed by design department, considering design to cost (D2C) approaches of the product cluster(s)</li><li>Responsible to ensure that design department follows guidelines, standards and and best practice portfolios established by each Product Cluster and Robust Engineering Leadership</li><li>Risk analysis for incoming customer requirements and outgoing design concepts; carrying out root cause analyses and implementing measures if design goals were not achieved (e.g. hard ware loops)</li><li>Responsible for team development including regular performance interviews with team members; Identifiying and promoting talents</li><li>Prepare monthly KPI reports for the management</li><li>Manage Design and FEA software strategy.</li><li>Regional support to Innovation Roadmap - Contribution</li><li>Support other regions</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Engineering degree (Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Design Engineering or similar); Master preferable</li><li>&gt;5 years related work experience preferable</li><li>Knowledge in NVH and rubber matrials preferable</li><li>Experience in nonlinear FEA system preferable</li><li>English, local language</li><li>Experience in D-FMEA participation preferable</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
